    Our comprehensive induction of all staff and subcontractors in conjunction with a written assessment ensures an extensive understanding of our health and safety policy. Further more, each team member is required to sign a code of conduct and are issued quality PPE gear.


    Each staff member is issued our Safety Handbook, compact enough to fit in their back pocket. This ensures our staff have vital safety information at their fingertips.

    We use a professional rehabilitation company to ensure that our staff get immediate and targeted assistance to ensure a safe and prompt return to work.


    We have a comprehensive risk management system which is clear, concise and easy to use. 

    For Example, we have a detailed Task Analyses and a Risk Register that is regularly reviewed and updated. We also provide daily site and crew audits.
